The QMotion battery roller blind system was perfect for this modern bathroom.
Our customer required a motorised blind solution for their bathroom that offered privacy, without blocking out all the light and without requiring redecoration.
We specified the QMotion roller blind system for its quiet battery operation meaning that there was no wiring required, no expensive electrician and no complications. And the QMotion fascia so that when raised the blind is barely visible.
The fabric picked by the customer allows soft light to enter the room while still giving privacy.
Control is via a single channel qmotions wall mounted handset giving the flexibilty to control the blind from the bedroom if needed.
Hidden from view
Our customer wanted blinds for his new extension but wanted them hidden. We supplied drawings to allow the customer to have his builders make a cavity that seemlesly integrates with the new extension but allows the blinds to be fitted and barely visible when not in use.
We specified Somfy Sonesse 40 RTS motors with a screen fabric to allow a view of the outside world while still giving excellent glare reduction and shading. The power to the blinds is also housed in the cavity via fused spurs that are accessible via a drop down door on the underside of the cavity.
Control is via a Somfy Telis 4 RTS handset.
The perfect blind for your skylight, rooflight or conservatory
The SHY ZIP Rooflight system gives excellent protoection from the sun while still allowing a view of the sky above.
The customer selected a 3% openess fabric from SHY to give good compromise between visible light and protection from the sun.
Shy blinds are available with various screen fabric as in the example but can also be made with blackout fabrics in either a rooflight system of vertical system to blackout standard windows.
Size is no problem with SHY motorised roller blinds
Our customer wanted a single blind to cover their newly built byfold doors. There was only one supplier that can achieve this size of blind without fabric joins. We specified the SHY Obscura blind wth Somfy powered motor.
The customer selected a 1% openess fabric from SHY to give good privavcy while still allowing filtered light to enter the room.
Shy blinds are available open as specified for this job, but can also come housed in a cassette and with the patented ZIP side channels for complete blackout.

24vdc motorised roller blinds fitted into Louvolites open cassette.
Our customer wanted some shading for his patio doors from a neat unimposing blind. We specified three roller blinds mounted into Louvolites open cassette profile. The blinds are powered by Somfy Sonesse 30 RTS motors. These are 24vdc motors powered from a single transformer mounted in a cupboard out of view. The Somfy motors are soft starting and stopping giving a smooth operation. The wiring is surface mounted into a small discrete profile that is barely noticable. Control comes from a Somfy Telis 4 RTS handset to allow group control of all blinds or individual of each blind. Somfy blinds can be controlled by many options including sun and temperature sensors and timers as well as standard handsets and wall mounted switches.
